Our ECO-Technology

National Heat Exchange Cleaning Corporation (NHE) presents cutting-edge Eco-Technology to the International Market. Refineries, petrochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical processors, as well as, industrial and power generation plants can see immediate, long-term gains in heat transfer efficiency from the patented equipment and process NHE offers. NHE is changing the way the world cleans heat exchanger bundles.

NHE, with its equipment and process, is offering the world a better way to clean heat exchanger tube bundles. The partnerships NHE establishes with their customers provides the most efficient and cost effective method to restore heat exchangers to their peak heat transfer efficiency allowing those customers to operate their equipment longer and at more efficient rates than any other heat exchanger cleaning service provider. Through longer run times between maintenance shutdowns and through the ability to operate process equipment at higher production rates for longer times, NHE creates increased revenues for their customers that were previously unavailable.

The Enclosed Mobile Bundle Cleaner (EMBC) offered by NHE is a portable, self-contained, fully enclosed heat exchanger bundle cleaner. The patented design of the EMBC and cleaning process that occurs in the MBC cleans the shell-side of a Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger tube bundle to a level of “clean” that is unobtainable by any traditional methods. And the EMBC does this and totally protects the environment – ground, air, and plant personnel. Hydroblasting and bubble bath cleanings become obsolete when compared to MBC cleaning.

The EMBC creates ZERO liquid emissions and ZERO air emissions. Fumes from vat cleaning are eliminated. No area clean-up from the scattering of hazardous waste from hydroblasting is needed. Potential injuries from hydroblasting are no longer a risk.

The EMBC is Eco-Technology and EHS Protection at its best.
