History:
    Past cleanings were performed by contractors using hydroblasting on pad.
    Test bundle had been previously hydroblasted for six days.
    Contractor unable to remove fouling.
    Bundle sat on pad for four months prior to our test.
    Asphalt residue had hardened.

Past Results:
    Incomplete shell-side cleaning. Extensive/costly pad clean-up required.
